Terms of use

The conditions this website is provided under. They cover the website itself, not your dinner.

Last updated 22 August 2026

What these terms cover

These terms apply to kabulkitchenyyc.ca and nothing else. Using the site means you accept them.

They are not the terms of a booking, an event contract, or a catering order. Anything we agree with you about a banquet or a large order is agreed separately, in writing, between you and us.

Allergies and dietary information

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts and sesame, and dishes are prepared in shared space. We cannot promise that any dish is free of traces of an allergen, and nothing on this website should be relied on as a substitute for telling us in person.

If you have an allergy, tell a member of staff before you order and we will go through the dish with you.

Enquiries sent through this site

The forms on this site send us a message. They do not book a table, reserve the hall, or confirm a date, and nothing is held for you until we have replied and agreed it.

Tables are taken by telephone. Banquet dates are confirmed by a person, not by a form.

Please do not send anything sensitive through the forms — email is not a secure channel.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or always be error-free. We may change or remove anything on it without notice.

The content on this site

The words, photographs and design belong to Kabul Kitchen. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use, and to link to us.

Please do not republish our photography or copy commercially without asking. Ask, and we will usually say yes.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information here — but nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your rights as a consumer under Alberta law are unaffected by anything on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there.
